Contexte
Managing employment as a private employer can be complex: contracts, payroll, leave, and declarations require time and legal knowledge. The project aimed to centralize and simplify these processes in a digital platform, while also offering an optional subscription for ongoing legal consultation support during contract creation and management.

The challenge was to design an intuitive digital experience that reduces friction, prevents errors, and provides reassurance, particularly for non-professional users.
